ENTER COVID-19 : A MOBKILISHI STORY
The new year ushers in new beginnings, you have all your plans mapped out, your team is motivated, from the start, you put your foot down. It will be a great year, you say to yourselves.
ENTER COVID 19
In a flash, a mysterious virus sweeps through and has the world in a panic. There is nothing that can prepare you for the events about to unfold.
Scrambling, looking for a way out, the reality is you have to wait it out, you will need to plan for life for your business post-pandemic.
That is the situation we found ourselves in, a precarious one. One that requires a lot of patience to navigate. Bill payments do not stop. With lease agreements to settle, your landlord does not consider the pandemic, to give you a break. It is business as usual, the lease has to be paid, regardless.
These are some of the problems, small enterprises are currently facing, as nothing could have prepared us for what was coming.
On the brighter side, the world looks a lot better with businesses like ours thriving, we are each on our journey, seeking various versions of success and independence. Right now, we may be physically distant, but we are not alone. Together, we are the strongest community of entrepreneurs on the planet. Community over everything.
We are resilient, and it is time for us to step up, to reach out, to build to work, and to push.
